NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM REEGO STORE — THEY ARE CHEAP AND FAKE PEOPLE.
Very, very disappointed with online shopping. I am shocked that people can be so cheap as to sell their ethics for just 3,000 rupees.
Very cheap and fake people, stigma on online business. They can sell themselves for just a few thousand rupees.
I ordered two thermal wears two weeks ago with Order #40925.
When I received the order, I called their support and asked them to guide me on how to return it to them. The warmers were not of good quality, and their stuff was just like a singlet (bunyan type). They sent me their address and told me that I should send the items to them, and within 48 hours, I will receive my money back to my Bank account. They also get my Bank details.
After 4 days, someone on Reego store, named Mr. Nasir, received the return parcel. I was tracking the parcel, so I texted them after 2 days when they received the parcel and asked them when they return my money? They did not respond to my query, and so far, I am not aware when they send my money back.
I am calling and texting them frequently, but they don't respond. They get the money and also get the items back, and now they are not responding.
